Annunciate le candidature per l’edizione 2019 (71esima) dei Primetime Emmy Awards, il più importante premio televisivo a livello internazionale.
Sono l’equivalente degli Oscar nel mondo del cinema, ma riguardano la programmazione televisiva: gli Emmy Awards verranno consegnati a settembre. I programmi HBO sono quelli che hanno riscosso maggior numero di candidature.
Emmy Awards 2019: nomination
Il Trono di Spade si conferma la serie tv HBO dei record. Anche alle nomination per gli Emmy Awards 2019 ha stupito tutti con le sue 32 nomination, battendo il record di 27 che deteneva NYPD dal lontano 1994.
La piattaforma HBO porta a casa tantissime candidature (ben 137) grazie ai suoi prodotti, tornando in cima alla classifica dei network più nominati, dopo essere stata superata da Netflix lo scorso anno.
E non è merito solo de Il Trono di Spade. Molto apprezzata è stata anche la miniserie Chernobyl (19 nomination), co-prodotta con l’europea Sky. In quanto a Netflix, quest’anno si deve accontentare di sole 117 nomination.
Per conoscere i vincitori dovremo aspettare domenica 22 settembre, mentre i premi ai vincitori nelle categorie tecniche saranno consegnati tra sabato 14 e domenica 15 settembre.
